Client Relations Manager

We are a leading provider of incentive marketing services to some of Australia's most successful businesses.

Our ideal applicant will possess the following skills as a minimum:

  • Minimum 2 years conference, event incentive travel management
  • EventsAir experience
  • Venue sourcing and site inspections
  • Research and create new business proposals for new and existing clients
  • Strong ability to build and grow client relationships
  • Critical path creation and conference program development
  • Onsite event and delegate management with the ability to problem solve
  • Strong financial management skills to prepare budgets and manage reconciliations
  • Quoting and booking group flights, accommodation and transfers
  • Liaise with destination management companies to facilitate ground content bookings
  • Research and provide options for incentive group delegates to extend their travel and execute bookings
  • Maintain client budget requirements and ensure profit targets are met
  • Facilitate visa and insurance requirements of travellers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed traveller records including manifests, rooming lists, meal and dietary requirements
  • Manage supplier payments
  • Manage client invoicing
  • Positive and proactive attitude essential
